I was in Rome visiting my mom and sister this weekend. It was a good time.
I did extremely badly on my first test here. It is completely due to issues of language, difference in test approach between the US and Spain, and the fact that some things on the test are of a higher level than we have learned at GT.
I cooked my first successful complex dish yesterday – szechuan chicken. And I accidentally purchased corn flour instead of cornstarch!
My upcoming Barcelona trip was shifted and shortened, but I’ll figure it out. ITC afterwards and times with old friends, and many new ones.
A shout-out to AIESEC GT at MENALDS, who according to one of our bright stars changed the perception of AIESEC US in the eyes of our new PAI. Words are worthless here… just a “thank you.”
